					<description>I agree with all your above points. I myself have done some test and find myself in first page Google, Yahoo, and MSN results for certain 'local' key phrases while using a blog format and original content.

Too many people try to focus on too large or broad a key phrase and miss out on the boat of opportunities they could be getting if they would have focuses on a smaller targetted key phrase like a 'local' term.
